Welcome! My name is Adrena Cunningham and I am a certified, experienced birth/postpartum doula from the Greater Trenton/Mercer County (New Jersey) area.   As a trained doula and newborn caregiver, I currently offer holistic, personalized support after your pregnancy. My goal is to give you and your family the support needed to make your postpartum journey as smooth as possible. 

In alignment with my passion for working with families, I also hold an MSW (Rutgers University, School of Social Work), coupled with over 10 years of work experience/training in child welfare, sexual abuse/trauma, and other mental health modalities.
