Welcome! My name is Adrena Cunningham and I am a certified, experienced doula from the Greater Trenton/Mercer County (New Jersey) area.   As a trained doula, I offer holistic, personalized birthing support during and after your pregnancy. My goal is to give you and your family the support needed to make informed decisions about your pregnancy, birth, and beyond. 

In alignment with my passion for working with families, I also hold an MSW (Rutgers University, School of Social Work), coupled with over 10 years of work experience/training in child welfare, sexual abuse/trauma, and other mental health modalities.
